I received my Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from California State University Northridge and will be receiving my Master of Arts in Psychology with a major in Art Therapy in May of 2009 from Phillips Graduate Institute. I am currently a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee at California Family Counseling Center where I specialize in Co-Occurring Disorders and work specifically with clients struggling with the disease of addiction. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and also the American Art Therapy Association (AATA). I believe in the transformative and healing power of using art in therapy, assessment, and research. |
